Having built an extranet to help the HR Directorate at CPS manage internal communications through a period of enormous change, we had to make staff aware it was there, encourage them to visit and engage with the content.
Plain speaking
The poster messages were simple and direct, and went straight to the benefits that would arise from the changes ahead.
Measured results
A telephone survey revealed 100% recognition within CPS for the Invest initiative and the extranet site shows that almost 70% of staff have logged on.
