As part of a review of its effectiveness as an organisation, the Alzheimer’s Society drew up a strategic framework to achieve their goal of building a better world for people with dementia, and their carers.
The challenge
To bring that thinking to a geographically spread organisation of over 7000 volunteers and staff was our challenge.
New direction
We designed a simple guide to the new framework, signposting readers from the vision to a structure for realisation. Handed out at the Annual General Meeting and distributed across the Society’s many branches and its local, regional and national teams, the booklet pointed a new way forward.
