Our panels for the information round of Crossrail’s public consultation programme had helped establish the process as an example of best practice.

Learning from experience

Consequently there seemed little point in changing the model so we updated the style to reflect the information round materials and made the necessary changes to the content.

A process made easier by having effective templates and guidelines that everyone could work within.
