Hoop Associates: a creative business that helps visionary organisations communicate

The most recent stage of our journey with Harry Potter audio licence holder Helen Nicoll saw us join forces with the student wizard’s publisher Bloomsbury.

Blood brother

Our first task was to create all the packaging for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, the most recent book from the pen of JK Rowling.

Just like that

This was supported by a marketing campaign and followed by the repackaging of each of the other audio books, tying them in with the Bloomsbury books.

CD boom

With demand for CDs outstripping cassettes, new CD packaging was introduced in a user-friendly format. Sales of the adult version were higher than for the children’s version, supporting the decision to create two different packaging designs.

Baited breath

And now we, like the rest of the world, wait for the final conclusion of the Harry Potter story.
