Laying it out
Having developed the marque and house style for our Friends at the Quakers our job was to provide templates and guidelines to encourage use.
Workshops and feedback
We ran workshops and feedback sessions to help staff at Friends House, the national HQ, understand and implement over 100 templates created in Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign. Different levels of need and skill had to be managed and catered for and an ongoing process of review and revision was put in place to enable the new identity to become established.
Job well done
The project has been viewed as a success by our client. For the first time the Quakers have an identity with clear guidelines and resources to help with implementation at local level.
National buy in
More than 100 meetings across the UK have taken up the new style and Quakers as far away as Australia have also asked to use it. The Quakers also received favourable national press coverage of their new identity in the New Statesman and Blueprint magazine.
