  • Bugs like it, not! »

The Food Standards Agency’s (FSA), Bugs Like it Hot campaign, with visuals by Hoop, was launched at the House of Commons on the 12 June.

As part of Food Safety Week (11-17 June), MP’s were photographed at the launch tucking into huge sandwiches infront of a summery scene, and surrounded by happy balloon bugs. The FSA message was clear, keep food cool in the heat or you can expect the bugs to appear and ruin your summer.

We also created a press pack, containing a leaflet and games. The images of the bouyant bugs were used to catch people’s attention throughout and raise awareness about the dangers of letting food get too hot.

  • Salute the flag »

Hoop brought 24 flag designs by schoolchildren to life as part of a Platform for Art exhibition launched at Kingsbury Underground station on 5 June 2007.

Hoop designed a promotional poster, exhibition information panels as well as laying out the Kingsbury High School students’ flag designs.

The students worked with artist Tajender Sagoo, using new techniques in sewing, printing and painting to weave their ideas together into flags of their own.
