  • Gayle Chong Kwan’s visual feast for PfA »

Fantastic, mythic, beautiful landscapes of lard, chocolate, butter and dried meat. Gayle Chong Kwan has literally cooked up a feast for the eyes at Southwark Station.

Part of our ongoing work with PfA sees this extraordinary work catching attention in a challenging yet inclusive space for PfA.

Inspired by utopian legends and developments in global tourism, Gayle Chong Kwan’s images depict a range of fantastic landscapes set against dramatic skies.

The 14th Century myth of the Land of Cockaigne, a paradise where work is forbidden and every human desire is catered for, is the major influence behind this work.

This is exciting work that will astound you. Visit the PfA website for more info or even better, get down to Southwark Station for some real food for thought.

  • Hoop to talk branding at National Housing Conference »

Sean O’Halloran, Hoop MD, has been invited to speak at the National Housing Federation Communication & Marketing Conference in March.

How do you know that changing your organisation’s brand is the answer to the problem you face. It’s disruptive, time consuming and eats cash. However, if done well it can transform your organisation, your business and unleash a new spirit in your people and customers.

The session at the National Housing Conference is designed to help Housing Associations assess their needs ahead of a branding exercise and provide them with ways of thinking that can ensure they maximise return on the investment.

The National Housing Federation annual Communications and Marketing Conference, 15 March 2007, Church House Conference Centre, London.

For more information on the conference visit the NHF website.
